Is it mandatory to give Hemfer drops to all babies after six months of age? In this case, please provide me with the doses.

Had a normal delivery but a vacuum was used. I have attached a picture of my baby's head shape. Birth on 28/11/23 and has been 2 weeks, however I am not sure if the shape is a bit more like a cone shape. Should I seek medical help? As a vacuum was used at the time of delivery. Attached picture.

Hi my baby is having cold since a week now, I just checked today he has developed fever too, 100 degrees I gave him Crocin syrup 2.5ml,please let me know how long will it take to subside, I fear if it's some kind of infection. Please guide.

Hi my baby has cold and chest congestion, from morning, he wasn't taking any proper feeds normally he use to take feeds every 2hrs ,it's been 3hrs he wasn't hungry or taking so we forcefully feeded him through katori and chamcha he took burped and removed good amount of milk after burp,the milk was very sticky sticky, I am going to take him to paediatrician today, last time I took him he prescribed antibiotics, but doesn't seems much change,Clavam syrup, Crocin syrup, ascoril syrup all 3times (2.5)ml,ascoril (1ml),can you please guide can I do forcefull feeding after 3hrs? Or do I wait for him to be hungry and rather wait for 4hrs??? Or wait for him to be hungry, currently he is ill but active and playing, but not taking feed, I want to know the sticky milk which came out after he burped was the congestion which came out? Please tell, do I ask my doctor to change the medicine will it have any side effects if antibiotics are continued??

My 7 months old baby has suddenly started very slight twitch, which occurs every 10-11 mins. Is this infantile spasm? He doesnt drop his head, its just like slight tightening of hand muscles, head stays straight. Please help.

My 7 months old son since yesterday is sometimes shrugging by tightening his hand muscles while sitting. He is doing it every 10-11 mins. He is not dropping his head or anything but a sudden twitch. Is this infantile spasm? Please please help
