Child Health Issues

Hello Dr. My baby girl (6 month, 7 kg) is having a lump in her right Thigh. I am assuming it's an injection lump,  which I noticed today while massage. but she was last vaccinated on 13 September. It's not visible but She is crying if I press it. Otherwise she is playing freely. Is it normal'? What's the home remedy ? Plz help 🙏

My baby says a lot of words... but when I try to teach her or say her to repeat words... alphabets and numbers she doesn't do that ? I am afraid what 2yr old should know by now ?

Hi my son is 11 month old we shaved his head ( mottai ). His front head skull is high than back. I have attached the pic.. is this normal.. some people commenting on his head makes me worry.

Hi my son 3 dose of hepatitis b vaccine is pending which the local pediatrician given or not we are not sure we have visited him on 4 month for regular vaccination he said us to come on 9 month for next vaccination I don't know he has given 3 dose of hepatitis b vaccine we have visited him in 6 month he said he has given in 4 month about this hepatitis b 3 dose we have a confusion he remembered or not i have attached the vaccination schedule chart please do the needful we can 3 dose now if it double is there any side affect of this vaccine on my child please do the needful.

My son's viral fever started 4 days back. First day fever was occuring every 7 hours. Next two days fever was occuring for every 5 hours. Fourth day fever reduced and it is occurring every 8 hours. Fever is very mild around 99 F. Is he in the recovery phase. Can I wait for 2 more days and check the pattern before getting a blood test done.

Dr can we use ant killer pencil for child play area .., my baby is 21 months old.. does it cause any problems to baby if she put in her mouth

My son has had viral fever for the past 5 days. Today the fever is maintaining at 99 F, 5 Hours after giving calpol. Is it fever or normal body temperature. Should I continue the medicines. I am giving calpol as suggested by my pediatrician

My daughter is suffering from stomach pain that comes and goes often. It starts late afternoon on some random day and I give her Jr.lanzol n cyclopam. Whenever she complains of this stomach pain she vomits (only once) n then the pain dissappears. Sometimes there won't be any vomiting. Pain in the upper part of belly( above belly) I've been to doctor many times but everytime only Jr.lanzol will be prescribed but it is not showing any effect...plz plz plz suggest what to do...this episode is happening from more than a month from now..the pain comes n goes once or twice a week..
