Head tilts towards front
Hello doctor, My baby boy 4 months old born on 22nd Aug .. he is able to hold his head But his head is always tilted towards front When he sits in our lap. He's unable to hold his head straight but his head is tilted towards front. He did not roll over still and unable to hold his head much during tummy time. Is this a cause for concern or Slowly this will improve Thanks a lot
