Child Health Issues

My son aged 5 .5 years admitted on July 29 with fever, high crp and esr  and treated with iv antibiotics and discharged after 5 days. He has recurrent infections on September and October and  treated with IV BOTH TIMES. When he had infection on October , a chest  x ray(opacity in right lung)has taken and again treated with antibiotics for 2 weeks (augmentin). His condition improved and subsequent chest x ray also improved. He  has developed fever a week after and antibiotics with iv is started . He has diagnosed adenoid hypertrophy for which he has been using nasal spray for last one year. Could you please suggest better treatment plans ?

My 86 days old daughter got vaccinated on 15th of this month. After vaccination she has reduced her feed quantity and now she sleepy most of the time and refuses feed and crying a lot if waken up from sleep for feed. Please guide

My baby is 2 months old his hands and feet is extremely cold and wet, his oxygen saturation was checked which was normal, I always research about this online one such thing I got to know is it's because of anaemia, my baby is formula fed baby as I can't give breast milk, my baby do have regular checkup with paediatrician, but I didn't ask about anaemia,just want to know can I give him iron drops? If yes then which one?, I have next appointment with doctor on 28 for next dtwp vaccine shot, and ask about this?for iron drops...( I have discussed about this to my doc earlier, which he wasn't concerned much, but never asked about anaemia and iron drops), if I give iron drops will it cause any side effects?

My baby 38 days old  he was born on 37th week since 4th day he is having Jaundice from 15.9 to it reduce to 6 now since 4days I am observing heavily grunting like keeping pressure on full body with sounds vomiting also doing after feeding with curd type and breathing also since birth he is doing heavily already his heart x ray is ok taken at the time of birth we have taken him doctor for vomiting grunting thing he told he has taken more air while feeding we r giving him digipen enzyset coritoff syrup according to doctor since 3days while iam referring Google grunting and breathing heavily is telling something different thing I want to know is it serious thing like infant distress please tell me

Hello Dr My baby was born in breech position. He doesn't like to be hold in upright position (on the shoulder) He takes his legs under stomach and try to hold his head straight and after a few seconds his head falls. Can he get injured by hitting his face on our face or shoulder? He is gaining normal weight And he makes cooing sound too
