My 1.5 months baby poop has been green today..He has cold for 2 to 3 days..is it normal? I am worried

Baby is 1 and half year old . her weight is 8kg and height is 70 cm. she can't gain weight and she is active and eat everything nothing problem with that but she can't gain weight. her CBC is attached. she has no sound sleep , after 1-2 hour of NEP she irritate all the night,another reason that her teeth coming , so irritating very often. Physically consult with doctor they advised nothing but the weakness and suggest iron and calcium syrup with multivitamin syrup and told these medicines for a long period. plz suggest some powder or other which is better for her growth and plz sujjest for her comming teeth.

My daughter is having abdominal pain and her appetite is lost ..she is not eating much . She just ate 4 spoon of khichdi so can I give her acivir tablet as she is suffering with HSP and doctor suggested to give her acivir tablet.

Hi, My pediatrician gave Ascoril D in prescription - 2.5ml. but the medicial store gave Ascoril D Plus. When I checked, I understand that there is  Ascoril Junior especially for kids. Is it ok to give Ascoril D Plus to my 2 year old, 10.5kg? Or should I buy Junior?

My baby is 2 months 20 days old( male). We went for general checkup for vaccination to the doctor. Doctor examined and asked to do ultrasound abdomen. The report is saying that he is having mild Hepatomegaly with liver size as 7.4 cm. My doctor mentioned that it's common and asked for a follow up visit after 2 weeks. I am Little tensed is it some thing serious and that needs some immediate attention or its common. Please suggest and please find the attached report.
