Child Health Issues

Hi ,I have baby of 18 months old .she is suffering from loose motions for 2 days ..and then doctor suggested to use the BACILLUS CLAUSII SPORES SUSPENSION VINPRO.. After using this my baby is passing the motion 3-4 times per day...I have a query..for what purpose the medicine is used and after taking the medicine what are the side effects and wht are common for the babies...

I have attached xray naso of my son 6 years old, from past 2 years he is having blocked nose , snoring and cold and cough and from past 2-3 months started breathing from mouth, from xray can you tell if it is adenoids? Also he was given anti biotics form past 2 years no relief in symptoms

9 month old baby is given drop of honey. For how long should i moniter her for sign of infection through honey?

My 4 year kid cough only night severly.Full day she is active but cough comes at night time. She is getting frequent cold after going to school

My 9month baby got fever before 4days  now its get normal but last 2days she is goi disentry with little blood is it normal or i have to consult doctor am really worried about that..

Does breastfeeding give a newborn baby all the nutrients they need ? do they need any extra vitamins and calcium supplements ? What is your advice ? Is there any medical directive ?

Actually few days ago my sister got delivered a boy date 16 November 2023 so sometime my sister gives him own milk but probably more from lactulose She is not producing proper milk to give him milk she has not any kind abnormalities decteted so she wants to give milk to a baby but not sufficient to produce Any suggestions from you to produce milk and any eating foods so that she will produce milk more and more

My son is 2 month old he had chest Indrawing for 2 mins when he is asleep. Went to doctor my doctor told that he doesn't have chest congestion. I am confused without chest congestion how come he got chest Indrawing and difficulty to swallow phlegm?
