Child Health Issues

My 2.11 year old child is having fever mild to moderate ( 99 to 102) from past 5 days along with cough and reddnes in throat. Otherwise she is active and eating ok and give more fluids. We stay in abroad and here doctor don't prescribe medicine immediately, so when we went for check up its said viral as blood report are fine. But l am worried till when this fever episode will continue and if not subsidised in 7 days what's the next action to be taken? Kindly advise

Hi doc! My daughter is 137 days old as of today Her birth weight was-3.2kg Present weight-6.2kg and height -67cm She is rolling over and lifts her head up for long time and also tries to wake up like doing push ups and also sits with support.She will drool a lot and tries to talk and do so many different sounds.she is directly breastfeeding She keeps watching our plate when we eat and tries to grab our hands and also keep everything in mouth .she feeds and sleep well Please let me know when is it safe to start solids and is my baby ready for it now Also kindly educate how to start , what to include in solids and how many time and quantity to be given and should I continue breastfeeding.please help If suggestion or answer is quite detailed will like to go with online consultation or inclinic consultation

My baby is 11months old..he is having very dry skin during these time of the year..and also has heat prickles as he sweats..doctor suggested to use liquid paraffin and glycerne..i have two doubts..whther this can be used daily and will this application accidently if baby swallows is it harmful..bcz when i apply.. my baby touching the body always put his fingers into his mouth

My baby is 11months and 15days.. i was using solvis 400ui vitamin D3 drops but now this brand is not available nearby so what i got is cipla Vitamin D3 400iu..can i use this brand..picture is attached..am giving 1ml every day..how long vitaminD3 should be given?
