Vitamin c drops for 4months baby my doctor prescribed vitamin c astymin-c drops 5 drops 2 times a day is it necessary giving it since 2 days

I am currently giving wal D3 plus (2 drops daily) and kidicare multi vitamin drops (0.5ml daily) for my 3 and half months old baby. Can i give wal D3 plus along with kidicare multi vitamin drops?Kindly Suggest

My twins boys delivered on 30 dec 2023 he kept in icu since birth his weight is 3.1 and 3.2 kg respectively after 4 days doctor told me he might have jaundice.is it necessary to be in icu in jaundice.. Bilrubin is 12 mg/dl

Hi I just posted a query, baby was rolling over and playing on bed, while rolling on mattress only he turned over on mattress only and hit his back of head on mattress which was soft a little bit hard, after sometime he removed curdled milk,a very little bit as I just fed like half n hour before,he normally does remove curdled milk a little in a day I am not sure if this happened after he rolled over hard, please guide is this normal or do I wait and watch????he did not cry but playing since then.
