My 11 month is having constipation from last 2 weeks. He is having small hard poops 5-6 times a day. I tried giving him water and also probiotics but no avail. He is on a mix diet with breast milk and things like khichadi with vegetables . He also eats 1 fruit a day (apple / banana / orange etc) how to help him

My baby is 4 months old and did not started side turn yet. When baby was 3.5 months old start side turn for 3-4 days and after that it seems baby forget the same. Rest baby is doing good like eye contact social smile try. Always wants to stand and during tummy time good raise shoulder and head and try to go ahead during tummy time. Do I need to get worried as baby is not doing side turn.
