My 2 yr 7 month old daughter is having white discharge from both eyes and running nose. What to do?

Baby is 3.5month old, I mistakenly dabbed his lips with cloth of rubbed baby rub rollon while sleeping roll on which contains ( eucalyptus oil,wintergreen,peppermint,lavender), this happened at 6:30am in morning,I didn't realised it for long when I realised I cleaned his lips with water then, I just want to know will it cause any harm to my baby,currently he is sleeping

My baby is 6 month old and 2 night ago he hit his head in my front teeth after that he was fine next morning he vomited 1 teaspoon and today( 60 hour ) he vomited in morning apart from that he was fine feeding well and smiling what should i do

My daughter is 3months 12 days old birth weight was 2.5 kg now she is 5 kg from past three weeks she is not breastfeeding well hardly less than 30ml each feed she will take overall less than 300 ml in 24 hrs shes hungry , fussy and always crying but not feeding well has no fever any other causes ? Please reply thank you also my milk flow is good but baby is not drinking well please help me and not sleeping well also

Good Morning Sir/Madam My baby has the body temperature of 100.6F  now and it is fluctuating in between 99 to 100 since yesterday evening. She don't have either cough or cold till now. she is behaving active,  Kindly advise please. Can we give P-250 5ml ? baby age : 3 years 6months weight : 17.2kg

My baby is just 17days old. He poops and pees very normally but why does he make noise or cry before pooping or farting. Any medication required for the baby??

Dear doctor, my daughter 4 yrs old banged her forehead against wall while playing 5 days ago. She did not have any pain or concussion post that. But the wound turned black and turned red today after 5 days. Also we see both the sides of nose near eyes that looks dark and black. Please advise what it could be. My baby girl is 7 months old. She has a fever of about 101 degrees. I gave her calpol drops according to her weight, but she vomited everything. At home, what can I do?
