My daughter is 1 year old and weighs 9.8 she had fever last night 100 and i gave her paracetamol 2.5 ml. In morning it was 99.4 She is not having cough or cold. But a few days back she was doing poops frequently. What should I give her?? Anything to worry??

I have a 2 month old baby and she is primarily on formula milk as my breast milk production is very low. She is currently taking nan pro stage 1. She is frequently having episodes of gas about an hour after feeding. I burp her in-between the feeding and also keep her upright for atleast 30 min after feeding but still she is having gas. Is my baby lactose intolerant? What lactose free alternatives I can try?

Hi doctors my son is 3 month old 1. From morning my son shaking his leg when I hold his leg it stops but today he has done it for around 10 times is it something serious to look into? 2. He is having cold, cough and diarraha his paediatrician gave jaldos, ascoril ls, sporlac gg and zinc. Sporlac gg I have given him one time he poop is back to normal should I continue it for 3 days or stop it? 3.is 8 drops means 0.4ml it's so confusing in terms of drops please guide 4. Loose stool after dtwp vaccine, actually he does such stool once atleast in a day, so I am not sure it is loose or normal I have entrogem (5ml) repsule how much can I give , and rest do I need to throw away baby is 3.5 months old kindly guide attaching pic
