Pest control at home with a newborn

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hi - my baby is 5 weeks old, I am interested in doing pest control to create a safer environment for her. However since this could have chemicals is it safe to take the baby to another home for a day or two ? Or is it ok for her to stay in a room while this happens around the house ? If I have to take her outside for how many days should be safe to return?

Hello,it’s better to take the baby to another house for 1-2 days once the pest control is done.As the baby is very young and chemical exposure can be harmful.
