My 18 months old baby girl is only 74 cm long and weighs not more than 9 kgs.... is this normal? I am very much worried about her growth.... her old clothes and shoes fits her perfectly even now? Is there a problem in her growth? Otherwise she is very active, talks many words, understands many also, eats normally everything in our plate (dal, roti, chawal, sabji, dry fruits etc) and still breastfeeds ....please guide? I am very much worried as what is the issue with her?

My baby girl was born of 33 weeks 3days (weight 2.2kg).. She took breast milk for up to 6 n a half months as well as similac neosure. Currently she is 8 months old(weight 8kg) Now she is taking similac stage1 as well as some basic solids like dal, rice, fruits etc.  Sometimes she is getting constipated... Should I continue with similac classic stage 2 or plus or advance or change the formula?

His pediatrician has asked to take Meftal-Spas Neo 0.5ml, but when I searched online, most sources say it should be avoided in babies below 6 months, especially due to the presence of dicycloverine. I’m worried about safety and side effects in such a young infant. Could you please clarify: Is Meftal-Spas Neo safe for a 1-month-old baby? If it is ever used, under what circumstances and at what precautions? Are there safer alternatives for newborns with gas/colic? Thank you.
