My son is 7 years old. Weight 21. 5 kg. Day before yesterday he was suffering from gastritis and doctor gave Junior Lanzol 30mg for 5days. But yesterday he got Little loose motion, one time only. Should I give Junior Lanzol today?

5 years boy suffered with fever since 3days first 2days every 4th hourly fever spikes (100.3)present, but after 7th hourly fever spikes present,temperature about 99.6, only i will give pcm250 whenever temperature is present,is it needed antibiotic? please tell me
