My baby son is now 7 month old and he is now 7.5kg ...is this normal weight or under weight ?birth weight is 2.5 kg

My 8 year old complains of breathing problem from few days as he stops a second for breath and then breathes like stop start in few interval of time .he is having cold sometimes and nose is clear only but had ice creams and cold items from few days but there is some difficulty in breathing he says sometimes with stomach pain .he is goingto be 8 years completed and his weight is 22 is it anything to be worried about .what should be done next.he breathes sometimes with some difficulty like stressful breath.
