2 month baby paracetamol dosage
Today I had a 6th week vaccination for my son . He was behaving well till 8pm and he started crying and asking for feed every 30 minutes .
His weight is 4.7 now .
In govt they gave 150mg paracetamol syrup. How much should I give to him? I am giving 0.3ml for evey 6 hours
Can I give it within 4 hours ?
And also please let me know if this can be continued for another day if fever persists

Yes 0.3ml is adequate dose, but no need to give it 6th or 4th hrly if he doesn’t have pain or fever.. u can use it nly if he has fever
