Red spots has occured on his all body parts. Is it any allergic reaction or something else. Actually he was fever 3 days ago. We gave him ibugesic plus after that we are seeing spots on his body parts.please guide how we can treat this

My baby will be 3 months old on 4th June. From yesterday i observed brownish stains in her poop. We had done a stool culture 2 weeks back and there was no infection. The stool has been loose since then. She is exclusively on formula. Along with the stains her poop looks whitish. Is that a concern? What tests are needed.
