Can I fly from India to New Zealand with a 4-month-old baby? Since the travel duration would be 17 hours, will there be any difficulties for the baby during the flight?

My 11 year old son is suddenly having pain in lower abdomen, just above pelvis. It is dull achey pain with sudden stabbing sensation. He is not feeling comfortable sitting up. He does not have flatulence, no fever, no burning sensation in passing urine, no frequent urge to urinate, no urgent need to pass stool, no nausea, no visible swellings.
