Attached report of my 3 month baby of stool culture. Please assist with is it very serious? My Pediatrician is not available for 3 days. Can please help with course of action.

I accidentally give her 900mg pcm suspension. I thought 100 mg in 5ml but it was 100 mg in 1 ml.. What should I do i gave her medicine at night

We had a baby boy 2 weeks before and since he was born 37 weeks he wasnt able to latch properly. Its been 2 weeks and my wife only had around 25-30 ml milk per feed upon pumping. We bought a electric pump and started pumping since yesterday. Is there a possiblility of increase milk production? We are practicing our baby to latch and sometime he latch for few minutes and then starts crying.

Hi I am a mother of 6 months and a 15 day old baby boy. He weighed 7.4kgs at 5 months old. Now he has weighed 7.6kgs. Am exclusively breastfeeding the baby no Cerelac nothing given. Started solids with rice and ragi porridge and apple puree are given. I don't force him while giving solids when he turns I just stopped. Am giving solids morning and evening min 2 tablespoon max 4 tablespoon. Please help me to increase the weight of my baby. What remedies should I follow or what foods should I include. Am South Indian
