My son is 10 month old and having repeated fever from yesterday , now having 101.3 fever. 3 doses in interval of 6 hours already given, please suggest

Fever will be there for 1.5 day If it continues on Sunday so take help Danger signs: not taking feeds, irritable or lethargic, decreased urine frequency

use paracetamol in appropriate dose every 6th hourly. give plenty of liquids. do tepid sponging also.consult your pediatrician once
