My son has taken a test of ige serum and it's value is 1050. And in cbc test haemoglobin is 9.8. TCL is 13400, PCV 30.2, MCV 60.3, MCH 19.5 MCHC 32.4. Rbc's are showing hypochromia.few tear drop cells and elliptocytes are noted. Which treatment should be given to him and what is the meaning of this report?

He is 7 months old suffering from fever, cough and cold. After having the mentioned medicine I have found red spots on his body. I think this is an allergy due to any one of these medicines. Plz suggest should I continue the medicine?

My daughter is now 110 days old and from last week I have noticed a wound at the bcg vaccine spot. Day by day the wound size is increasing and pus is formed in it. By the time of her second vaccine (pentavalent, polio n prevner) the bcg vaccine spot was very normal but after 2 vaccine slowly it became red and swelling was observed.
