My daughter is now 110 days old and from last week I have noticed a wound at the bcg vaccine spot. Day by day the wound size is increasing and pus is formed in it. By the time of her second vaccine (pentavalent, polio n prevner) the bcg vaccine spot was very normal but after 2 vaccine slowly it became red and swelling was observed. I am very much worried .please help me in this.
