My daughter had an issue with little pain in upper abdomen. So many times and never eat perfectly vomitting symtoms in many times and told me that dont hungry what to do

When she is having so many complaints you should not neglect it. Pain in the abdomen, loss of appetite and associated with vomiting can happen due to many causes like appendicitis cholecystitis gastritis etc. Also if she has any diarrhoea then it could be due to any malabsorption syndromes. So kindly consult a paediatrician for further evaluation.
