Child Health Issues

My daughter is 7 yrs old but she frequently wet her fingers and massage below portion of leg fingers. Every time water is not easily available then she used her saliva / spit for wetting her hands.Many oinment and cream applied on that area but it's all temporary effect after some she repeated activity.

My 2 year old daughter is crying while passing stool. the stool she is passing is soft, but still she is crying. Please help.
