Vomitting  fever 1 first day ..second day diahorrea 20 moths child ...what you advise for taking food

Hi , My daughter is 6 weeks and breastfed. She cries and struggles when she passes stool and gas . Since it is summer I have a doubt if she is not getting enough water. In addition to breast milk can I give warm water for her? If yes, how much can I give ? & If no, what else can I do? Her stool is soft yet she struggles and cries when she passes gas . My mom keeps me in diet without giving me spicy food and adds more garlic in my meals then why is my little one having sooooo much gas ??? Please help :(

Respected Dr my son is 4 and half month now ,today morning 11 am he got quadravax vaccine ....still he didn't get fever and swelling even I touch the area he didn't cry he looks like normal as before ....how can I consider this .does they injected properly please let me know....I'm worried about this.thank you
