Child Health Issues

I have a varying stomach ache for few hours. It keeps going and coming.it is in the abdomen.if i move it pains more.

There are white spots on tounge for 19 months old baby. Also swelling on back of left side of neck. Constant cold,from one month.

My kid aged 5 years is infected and had rashes on the front part of his neck.His right part of the face on the chin seems to be swollen.

My 2.6 year old baby boy tlc read 12.39x 10*3 Lymphocte 61 % Hb 13.1 Dr is there any thing to be worried about

My child has just completed 5 months. Can she start pneumoccocal vaccine now. If so what should be the frequency / interval of dosage. Which is best Prevenar 13 or anything else? Please suggest.

My kid just ate rice with sunny side up egg around 10am this morning . And since then he vomit 2-3 times now. I'm afraid that it is a possible food poisoning.
