Child Health Issues

Hi , My son is having cold(running nose) and cough from 4 days .He is 10 months old.I am currently giving him Maxtra 1ml twice a day .But there is no visible effect.Can someone please suggest a better cure for my son .Can i apply vicks or any home remedies . Thanks in advance .

My toddler has vomitting problem due to eating kadhi rice . He has liquidish stool since last 3 to 4 days.We have gone through extreme climate conditions due to travelling from australia to india.I.E cold weather to summer season.

She is 6+. Normally she is jolly,naughty, energetic. But she is very absent minded. Time of education she choked. She loves to go school, but mam complained every time that she is not doing her job in the class. When I teach her in home she is watching floor wall or anything. I beat and punished her so many times, but no result. Pls. advice me.....

Can the type of food we intake results in developing gasses in kids? My child is 1.5 month old.. He cries sometimes due to gasses. We have given him colicade and carmicide syrups but not proper solution to the problem. Plz suggest
