My daughter 5 yrs old has dry cough and is complaining of stomach ache.She is being given Soventis Jr and Maxtra.It's been about 5 days now.though she does not have fever.Do I need to see a doctor or will it subside.

Sometimes mucus and slight blood in stool of my 8 months son appears. He stools for 5-6times a day. This slight mucus and blood appear once or twice a day. 5 days ago he was suffering from watery diarrhea. But with zinc enterogermina and ORS, he is OK now. Pls elaborate why slight mucus and blood in stool? Is this bacterial or viral infection or something else. Thanks..
