Child Health Issues

My 5 month old daughter was under weight at birth. So her 1st dose of Hep B which has to be taken at birth had actually took at 6 weeks in private. 2nd dose of Hep B was taken at 10 weeks at private hospital. At 14 weeks I went to govt hospital. They took penta vaccine which covers Hep B as well. OPV also given. In her vaccination chart there is Hep B3 and OPV1 at 6 months which had already given at 14 weeks from govt. There is no vaccination at 6 months in govt hsptal. Is this fine or do we need to go to private at 6 months.

My son had undergone laparoscopic phyloplasty 3 years before. Now for some days hes urinating frequently at day time.

A week before it started with dry cough and after waiting for 2 days we started with Alkof-Dx 3 times x 2 days after that 2 times x 3 days - 5ml dose. Now, the dry cough converted to coughing where white phlegm coughed out intermittently and mostly it happens during night time. Also, she has running and blocked nose.
