Baby not going for motion
Hello my baby is 3 months old and he is not pooping daily...he is not crying but he is not going for poop...he is doing this since a week...using neopeptine (0.25 ml) before feed ...any other medication is required...he is exclusive breast feed baby

If stools passed is semisolid yellow with natural smell
Passing once in 3 days no problem
And it is constipation
