Hello,according to my LMP I should be in 10th week but in ultrasound Dr found that a only gestational sac no fetal pole yolk sac and heartbeat and they says that I am 5 weeks how it could be possible

V missed typhoid booster dose for my kid. She is now 5 yrs 10 months. She already got typhoid fever 8 months back inspite of initial vaccin. Now, shld we go for booster dose or can ignore. Pls advice.

Gallstone in three year old kid
My son has been diagnosed with a gallstone of 3.7mm.the stone was detected after USG scan.
we also did some tests like HIDA Scan, LDH and CBC retic. The HIDA Scan showed 38% ejection fraction. The LDH level is higher than normal. The doctors are planning for GB removal.
Kindly assist.

Ipv 1 and ipv 2 vaccine not available
I have a 6 months baby. Unfortunately we couldnt give ipv1 and 2 vaccine as it was out of stock. Could you please tell us if we can take those two doses now with gap of 2 months. Or any other alternative availabe for it. Kindly suggest what to do.
