Motion two year child
My two years old son is having motion since morning. His stool is in liquid form, dark green and having mucus. Kindly suggest what should be done??

Stop bottle feeding,give just 2 milk feeds,3-4 solid meals,add curd and Bananas to his diet.
Give ors after every motion,if watery,he will recover in 2 days.If not,consult your paediatrician.
