Hi I am a mother of 6 months and a 15 day old baby boy. He weighed 7.4kgs at 5 months old. Now he has weighed 7.6kgs. Am exclusively breastfeeding the baby no Cerelac nothing given. Started solids with rice and ragi porridge and apple puree are given. I don't force him while giving solids when he turns I just stopped. Am giving solids morning and evening min 2 tablespoon max 4 tablespoon. Please help me to increase the weight of my baby. What remedies should I follow or what foods should I include. Am South Indian

Hello Doc, my Daughter is 2 years old , and she is having loose stools ( mud like consistency) or gravy like consistency for the past 3 days. It all started 2 days back where she ate a little bit of soap and pot soil. After that she started liquid stool. She was passing these stools like 3-4 times in a day. Yesterday she passed liquid stool like 3-4 times in 3 hours after which we gave her Econorm sachet in the afternoon and gave electrolyte solution , after which she has passed motions 2 times till next morning. But still the motions are liquid only . What possible medications should we give to get complete relief ? Thanks in Advance ..

Hi My 16-months-old daughter weighs 9.5 kg. She takes one 2-hours nap during the day and sleeps for 9-10 hours at night but frequently wakes up crying and only settles back to sleep after feeding (about 5-8 times). Additionally, her daily water intake is less than 500 ml. Can you recommend a good pediatrician for consultation? How can we get her water intake to increase? And how can she have a seamless sleep during the night?
