My son has cold & cough with mild fever , can I give him chest and cold syrup 60 ml strength: Cetirizine (2 mg), Paracetamol (125 mg), Phenylephrine (5 mg)/ 5ml Pls suggest the dosage for him.. Thank you

Hi my daughter is 2.4 years ( 11.5kg) my question is my daughter getting sick again and again like she is catching  every current viral or infection . Last year in  may she was in effect with typhoid fever 105 f. Then this year in January she was affected with viral fever 103 f for 3 days. After that in April she is in effect with stomach flu with low grade fever for 2-3 days. Now in July she is suffering against cold and low grade fever... All fever and infection come suddenly mostly at night. I didn't understand it's normal for kids or there is some kind of issue please share ur opinion .

My daughter is 21 months old. And she says 8 to 10 words but follows all instructions given to her and understands everything that is told to her. She says amma appa anna akka cake amama egg and shhh and sometimes banana . Is there any speech delay? Also if i say some word to repeat she does not repeat but gets angry and cry

Baby is 10months old he gets frequent cold, it's just been 10days he got cold again because of this he is not able to sleep well and it's goes on til a week, what can I do to boost his immunity so that he doesn't get frequent colds,last time doctor suggested to give Lasma lc along with zytrec, can I give both of them or only Lasma lc is fine??

Hello my daughter is 21 months old. She says words like amma (mother) appa (father) akka (sister) anna (brother) amama(grand mother) sometimes attha (aunt), cake, sometimes banana, hello, hi with hand wave. If we say anything she understands and if we instruct her to do something she will do. Most of the times she communicates like aa aa aa and does actions to show what she needs. Screen time is 3 hours per day. Please tell me if there is something to worry about her speech development. also she does not repeat after us. She only says selective words like above

Dear doctor, why do 8 yrs kids keep pooping in their pants ,even though he was told not do so. Does he suffers from any abnormalities if he does then whom to consider ? If not what to do .
