My son is 5 months old his weight is 5.6 kg his doing stools with blood... Today he's done 12 times loose motion

Hi My baby is 6 months  old. He started solids before that he was completely breastfeeding. If we give Nestle cerelac he got rashes on his mouth. Sometimes if we give formula (Nan Pro)also he got the same rashes. What should I do??

I am a breastfeeding mother of a 6 month old baby .we have started her solid food 3 times a day (morning 9to 10am , lunch 12.30to1pm , evening 4 to 5) in between breastfeeding as before solid food.After baby born I was diagnosed with diabetic and 6 month was in insulin now my diabetic doctor prescribed for gylcomet sr 500mg morning & night Whether this tablet will pass thru breast milk can I take this tablet? It will not affect my baby's health right?

My 3 week daughter is straining a lot from 10 days. Today had bloody mucus streak in stool. Was cranky for 2-3 days till yesterday and was not sleeping well. But today sleeping well and feeding properly. What can be the reason. I am attaching image of stool. I am giving her vit d drops.

His thyroid values are as follows: Cord(9/5/24) : 0.78 ng/dl Ft4 and 22.345 uIu/mL Day 4(12/5/24) : 1.72 ng/dl Ft4 and 21.970 uIu/mL Day 5(13/5/24) : 18.90 mlu/L Day 50(27/6/24) : 1.09 ng/dl Ft4 and 21.1  uIu/mL Please tell me if he will have low iq Or development delays since treatment started only at 56th day of his life. PFA t99m thyroid scan report. I'm very worried. Please help me.
