I am pleased to share the results of your daughter's recent growth assessment with you. At 4 years and 10 months, her: - Weight is 17.5 kg, which falls around the 50th centile - Height is 110 cm, which falls between the 50th-75th centile - BMI is between the 25th-50th centile According to the Indian Academy of Pediatrics growth charts, these measurements indicate that your child is growing normally for her age. Please be assured that her growth is on track, despite her slender appearance. I recommend continuing to provide a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole foods. This will support her overall health and development.
Next Steps
There is no need for any medication to increase her appetite. Her growth pattern suggests that she is receiving adequate nutrition.
