My daughter goes to bed at 7pm every night and wakes between 11-2 and doesn't go back to sleep will stay awake all night crying she is 2 years old

Kindly give alternative medicine of entromax sachet for my 2 years old baby.The problem is that it is not available in my area.I have given her 3 sachet which were in my stock.but now what can be given so that course does not break.

My daughter has fever and cold  she is suffering from cold since  one week I gave her no cold syrup and nesoclear but Still cold is there and fever since morning started with 99.5 then 100.9 now 101.5 I gave her carpal 1.5ml but still she is not well Today is Sunday so I am not avail to get doctor appointment.

Our family dr gave us a vaccination chart which doesn't include prevnar 1 (6 weeks) prevnar 2 (10 weeks) prevnar 3 (14 weeks). Also it doesn't include vit a ( 9 months ) ( 15 months). I came to know this recently when I saw another vaccination chart through my friend. 1.Is it mandatory to take these vaccinations to my child? 2. If yes, When should we get them done. My boy vomited so many times.. As my paid says he has stomach infection.. He is a breastfeed child... Not eat anything since yesterday.. Only on breastfeed

My child is not well from last two days with temp 100F. We stopped lactations one week ago and took a pil for stopping secreation of milk further. Since baby is not well and cranky we fed milk. Medicines we gave for her is Dolo drops 1ml every 4hrs. And P125 we gave once last night after consulting pediatrician over call. Still today morning baby's temp went upto 103f. Pls recommend us the solution for recovery.
