Child Health Issues

My child of 7 yrs and weight 38 kgs having fever for last two days. It's coming in every 4-5 hrs and around 101-102 for. He also having vomiting tendencies. He has been prescribed with cepodem dt 100 1.5 tab twice a day , ondem 7 ml sos, relent+ 6 ml twice a day ,  p250( 10ml) sos.                                     Please suggest correct composition in form of tablets for all above referred syrups since my son is not accepting the syrups. Thanks

My 2 year old twins got their hep shot on thursday. One of them have been having very high fever between 101 to 103 and vomiting we have been doing the Tylenol Motrin every three hours. We went to the hospital on Saturday but they said it is normal because of shot. But it is now Sunday past 72 hours and she is still vomiting and high fever 103.5.

Post viral fever, my six months old toddler hardly passed urine. We gave only PCM syrup for paediatric use. Now, he urinate once or twice in a day and a little bloom like/puss type stain is seen on the pants/diaper. Is it serious? Please help...

My daughter is around 2 years old. She drinks too much water. She is holding her bottle in hand the whole day which she finishes every 10 mins and asks us to refill. Even if try to distract her, she cries for water. During milk also, she takes water in between and again after finishing milk. While sleeping also, she asks for water twice (night).
