Child Health Issues

My 3 years old son is suffering from high fever since yesterday afternoon, he is also suffering from tonsils in and mouth ulcers. My doctor is out station today and his assistant adviced below medicines- 1.Numcold 2. Mefkind forte in case of high fever only 3. Clavam Forte 4. Oraflora gel Kindly suggest should I take these medicines or not.

My baby had a fall 2 days back. She has completed her 4 months today. She has increased sleep otherwise active and healthy. Should i be worried or not?

Respected personnel, I have a daughter whose age 1 year and 5 months.my problem is that she is not eating anything from 4 days and her health is also not enough according to his age..her wight is 9kg.but one thing is that she is very active as usual after not eating food from 4 days and she is geetibg little fever from 2 days at night.so wanna ask what can be this problem.

Hello Dr Our doughter feels very uncomfortable and uneassy having every feed until she vomits. We have visited a Dr but he said that it is a normal thing and no need to worry She is 1 month old ...please advise is it normal or should we see any other Dr for this Thanks

We are currently in the Himalaya mountains. It's constantly raining. My baby woke up tonight with vommiting and a fever. Earlier she was sucking on a banana peal . I don't know is that has anything to do with it because her vomit had banana particles. I'm still breastfeeding her she is not eating any sounds yet.
