She is suffering from cold and fever,
My daughter has fever and cold  she is suffering from cold since  one week I gave her no cold syrup and nesoclear but Still cold is there and fever since morning started with 99.5 then 100.9 now 101.5 I gave her carpal 1.5ml but still she is not well Today is Sunday so I am not avail to get doctor appointment.

1week fever not shown to doctor yet Use ibugesicplus syrup if temp is more than 101f  4 ml and see pediatrician tomorrow
