Child Health Issues

My 4 years old daughter is not feeling well. Suffering from light fever around 99.9 f drom last night at 11:Pm on 27th Aug. We have given COLPAL 5ml at that time. After that it got temp reduced became normal 97 f . But again at 9 am today checked again it has 99.4 f . Ang again given COLPAL 5ml and SINAREST. Now at 12.30 pm check it has around 99.9 f. Still it became 3.30 hrs of time after given medicine . So she is feeling weak , so asked to go sleep . We don't given any medicine and now she is sleeping. Could you please advise what to do now ASAP.

My month old baby started crying and had 102.6 fever last week.doctor send for CBP,urine test and blood culture.all test were normal.culture came negative.doc gave crocin.but fever is still there.its 6 day since day 1 fever.now she gets 99.4 degree fever usually more in night....what can it be...

My niece is born on 25th August 2017. It was a normal delivery, he was kept with supplemental oxygen for 2 days till 27th and now he is shifted to NICU . Doctor is saying he has inhaled meconium. He is taking fast breathes and baby cried 4-5 times within 3 days and nurses is saying he cries lot. He will be ok? Is situation serious any remedy ?

My daughter is 1.8 years, As per consultation & treatment from doctor we are giving Topamac 25 mg tablet twice a day since last year, Pl. tell consumption of this tablets for such an long period will affect my daughter kidney works & development of her immunity
