Child Health Issues

Hi doctor..my son is 3 years 10 months.. he is 14.5 kg weight and 96 cm height...both is less than normal..kindly help me if he needs medical assistance..pls advice

My daughter is 20 months old ,since past one month she is suffering from loose motions problem every 6th or 7th day after getting well.I have visited my pediatrician almost 3 times in past 30 days.He says ,it is acute problem,and given her Zedott baby (repeated every time the problem starts),econorm,zinc powder and ors. pls guide me what to do now

Sometimes my daughter has headache in half part of head,mostly in her right part of head and in the night

My baby is one year and 2 months she is taking buffalo milk ...but sometimes she has loose sticky stools ,is it because of milk r is it because of teething .....I m not able to understand....and how to increase her weight...I m concerned..

My baby is 6 months old. I have started feeding him with semi solid foods. I give him rice and masoor dal khichdi at lunch but he refuses to eat unless i add sugar in it. Is giving him a little sugar safe at this age??? Also pls suggest how much water should i give him at this stage.

His platelets count was 90000 on 23 Aug the doctor gave a pcm syrup and told to give him plenty of fluid and now on 26 Aug count is 121000,but he has lost his appetite and has become very weak.I don,t understand what should I do.
