  4. Fever since yesterday. What to do?

Fever since yesterday
My child is 5 yes old . He is having fever since yesterday. Fever range is from 100-104 . Pls suggest what to do

Please give Syrup Crocin DS/ Calpol 250 3.5.ml;assuming his weight to be around 15 kg. This will  bring down the temperature. Then the regular/nearest Paediatrician should be consulted to find out and treat the root cause of fever
