5 year old son suffering from fever for a week with high fever reoccurring in ever 4 hours

I have twin daughters almost three. one is already riding a bike and the other one is scared to get on and even walk the bike, and she hates swings, I just bought a new one, she wants to swing but I noticed she starts to shake and I think she is scared of the shaking more then the swinging. She tries to swing but in the end is happy watching her sisters. I'm afraid she might have a condition, I hope not. or it might be her sister is just a tomboy. I just hope she doesn't have Autism or Turetts

My 8 months old baby had fwver since past 4days but has reduced when we gave her cefixime foe 3 da ys.. . Today no fever but when blood tests were taken today it showed c reactive protein as 95.. My baby haa been active thoroughout and is feeding too... Can the c reactive show that high even if there is no fever.. Should we start iv antibiotics for her. Or redo the tests

My son is just born on August 25 2017.. When he feel cold or when we switch on Air Conditioner(AC) his legs turns blue and what we do is that we just cover him with clothes to feel him warm.. Is this normal? and other question is we have planned for a Trip to mountain place(Cold Place) by Febuary 2018 by that time my son would be 5 months old... It is advisable to take him to cold place at that time? Again if he turns blue at mountain place what we have to do?

My 3 and half year son pierced his hee with a rusted nail very less bleed one-two drops. It is mandatory to have tatanaus shot vaccinations. He has administered DPT AS REGULAR VACCINATION in jun 15. If i go for it may it have some ill effect.

4th day (ie.yesterday ) she was recommended for blood test and found the platelet count was 1.30 lakhs.....today v had the same and it counts 1.38lakhs...she is not having fever from yesterday..what type of diet and treatment she needs...
