Child Health Issues

My son was suffering from fever without any headache, rashes, joint pain etc. Fever ranges from 99 to 101 on Thursday and Friday (14 to 15 Sept). I have given him Pecimol 3 times and his fever was lost. I went to doctor for my satisfaction if he has dengue or not and he has done his NS1, IgG and IgM test. Platelets count shows 211000 as on 16th Sept but NS1 reflected as Positive in report however summary and range was not given in report. Doctor said that its Dengue.Now Platelets is 236000.

My son's age is 3 yrs n he is having sever cough n cold, also has running nose n mild fever. His diet has reduced n his fever when checked comes 99.7.. pls advise..

Hi doctors, Can we give paracetamol p250 after mr vaccination for 4.6 yrs the old Girl. I heard that kids should give paracetamol after vaccination due to pain. Would you please suggest. Also please advice , can we give vaccination in cold and cough

Baby is crying whole night but temperature is normal, we have given few drops of colicaid at 12:30 am and same again at 5:30 am but still baby is not getting the comfertable sleep and he is even rejecting moms breast feeding. Unable to makeout what is the issue. Baby age : 1 year 2 months
