Shrejal (3.5 years) - weight 11.2 kg -
Started cough on 16th (Saturday)
She is having thick running nose and fever from Saturday night. Fever comes in head and then spreads across body every 4-6 hours.
Giving Levolin give 2.5 ml three times a day and Syp Montair LC kid and crocin when fever comes. Not much improvement yet.
