  4. Growth deficiency. Etc. , please advise.

Dear SIr, My daughter is 9 years old but looks like 5 year old. No regular growth for the past 3 to 4 years. Her IQ is good, but weak and slim body and irresistance to diseases like cough, fever etc., Please advise.
