My child got fever from 20days,but fever not cure.few days back I consult doctor and he said this a viral fever and he said blood cells are random position.so please give me suggestion to cure fever sir

Hi Hi I am placing this question regarding my wife she gave birth to baby boy on 25-08-2017 she is suffering immense pain to feed my baby and she is trying a lot though now as he grew up to month old she isn’t able to feed as milk isn’t sufficiently produced is there any remedy for that she is taking granules for milk production (some what useful)
