I have taken the wrong tablet ( Almox DT 250 ) and I am scared of it's side effects and I request you to please respond to my text , I am so scared please doctor

My 3.5 month baby sucks his fist and hand. I thought if he is hungry initially but he does same even after feed. What this could be? He wl be cranky mostly while doing this and doesn't get sleep soon bcz of this. He was happy baby initially but these days started getting cranky after he started with this habit. How to stop him and what is the remedy for this and what could this be?

I took my son in this week for a bump on his eyebrow. The pediatrician sent us to a specialist They called it either a dermoid cyst or a vascular malformation. We are waiting to go back to get a ultrasound on it. But since we have left 3 days later it has gotten bigger and blacker. Is this something to worry about? Should i take him in to the er?
