Overdose of sinarest drops

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi Doctor my baby is six months old I gave her 2ml sinarest drops at 12:30pm afternoon and again 2ml drops at 7:30pm evening Total 4ml of sinarest drops in seven hour duration by mistake i gave drops instead of syrup What should i do
