Child Health Issues

My 2 years old son is suffering from fever since 5 days. Doctor prescribed paracetamol and cetrizine. It is recovered 65% but fever is still not recovered completely. After giving medicine it goes back but after 7-8 hrs again coming back. I gave antibiotic 3 times 5ml. Now he is suffering from loose motion.

My 12 days newborn baby's weight is 2.59kg. Doctor suggest to give zincovita drops ... I googled it and saw this can be used for several purpose. Is it good for my baby

My child is 3.8 years old. From last three days he is continuously complaining that his stomach hurts... For a few seconds n then he is fine in a few seconds. He is telling this 5-6 times a day. Plz suggest what do I do. Is their any thing to worry about. My husband is not in town n today is Sunday too so m not able to find a good pediatrician today.

Hello Sir , My 2.6 yrs baby is getting fever from last 2 days and after giving calpol the fever is going away and after 4-5 hrs it agains continues. Today (Sunday) the clinic is closed.  I have already given calpol for 6 times. So can you suggest something. Thanks
