Only fever by last 7 days of 4 yrs old child and recurrent fever comes after 6 hrs of paracetamol doses what kind of blood test suggested by u sir

My baby 14 months old. She is not eating properly(not even one meal) but she active and weight is also OK OK. She is very lean. Birth wt 2.25 now 8.25.she don't even have fruits

My niece 5 years old suffering with dry cough in night only when she is in sleep. It continues for while night but she is fine in daytime. No wheezing sound, no shortness of breathe, no cold. She gets more sweaty all this time. Please advice.

Some Breastfed babies gain weight fast and some on avarage does this depend on quality of breast milk? For e.g. my friend baby birth weight was 2.5kg and with in 1.5 months baby was 4.7kg My baby birth weight is 3 kg and he is 4 months now and he is 5.3kg. Is my baby on track with weight gain? Or should I start weaning?

My baby is 4 months old and takes breast milk for 5 mins most of the times from past 6 days( he removes his face off and not showing much interest).This makes me worry as he was taking 30 mins earlier. He is active, sleeps well and passes urine normally and does poo once a day as usual. On September 20 his weight was checked and it was 5.3 kg ( birth weight 3kg). Doctor said his weight is good and asked me to continue ebf. After his checkup he stated having for 5 mins and now I haven't checked weight. Should I visit Doctor? should I start weaning ? Is his weight gain normal?

Hello Doctors, My son is 8 months old, his weight is 6.6kg, he eats only sweet ingredients, he don't like salty food, I am worried about his habbit, what can I do? Can he gradually eat salty food or shall I have to pressurise him to eat salty food?
